About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Content Creation Intern who is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and building meaningful brand communication. This role will support the marketing team in creating engaging content that strengthens our online presence, generates awareness, and supports lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

• Assist in developing copy for posts, captions, and short-form content

• Help transform ideas, events, and internal updates into engaging content pieces

• Collaborate in the creation of: Carousels, infographics, Short videos / reels, Blog support content

• Research industry trends related to: Technology, AI, Nearshore talent and Business growth

• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across channels

• Support the marketing calendar and content planning

**What We’re Looking For

Hard Skills**

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

• Strong writing skills (English required)

• Basic understanding of content formats (posts, reels, carousels, blogs)

• Familiarity with tools such as: ○ Adobe Suite ○ Canva ○ CapCut or similar ○ Google Workspace

• Interest in AI tools for content creation is a plus

• Good communication skills

• Organization and ability to manage deadlines Ideal Profile

• Student or recent graduate in: ○ Marketing ○ Communication ○ Design ○ Digital Media
