As an Insurance Verification Agent at Necodex, you will be a crucial link between our dental clinic partners, patients, and insurance providers. Your primary responsibility will be to verify and manage patient insurance coverage, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims while delivering exceptional service to both patients and dental offices.

Key Responsibilities: Insurance Verification & Management:

Conduct initial verification and re-verification of patient dental insurance coverage via phone, online portals, and payer systems. Verify patient eligibility, benefits, coverage details, and limitations for various dental procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 100+ dental insurance plans, including PPO, HMO, and Medicaid. Claims Support & Coordination:

Assist dental offices with insurance claim submissions and follow-ups. Track claim statuses and resolve processing issues with insurance providers. Identify and rectify discrepancies in insurance information or claim submissions. Patient & Provider Communication:

Clearly explain insurance benefits, coverage limitations, and patient responsibilities Serve as liaison between dental offices, patients, and insurance companies Handle sensitive financial conversations regarding copays, deductibles, and non-covered services. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all verification activities comply with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate records of all insurance verifications and communications. Update patient accounts and practice management systems with current insurance data. Skills & Competencies:
